Phase 1. Foundation work (Duration: 2-4 weeks)

Phase 2. High CNS Strength focus training (Duration: 2-4 weeks)
  • Main training focus. CNS Activation techniques

Phase 3. Athletic Speed and Power (Duration: 2-4 weeks)
