My name is Steffan Jones. I am a professional County Cricketer, Coach and Strength & Conditioning Expert.

Having played professional cricket for 20 years has helped me realize what works and what does not work. And I intend to take this a step forward. I wish to share my experiences, the right techniques, and training methods with aspiring cricketers who want to stay fit, get strong, avoid injuries and bowl fast.
